Policy

3 Days Warranty Repair Policy
We make every attempt to ensure you are satisfied with your experience. This means that we will carry out any repairs that we consider as a result of our workmanship free of charge. Change of length or shape of your nails or change of color is not a repair. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please notify us at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

Non-Refundable
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind after the service has been performed. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past the initial service date.

Rights To Refuse Service
Diamond Nails & Spa reserved the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or guest.

Children Supervision
We love children, and we have children of our own as well, but due to safety considerations, all children must be under supervision and attended to by an adult who is not currently receiving the service.

Gift Certificate
Gift Certificates will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service. Copies of Gift Certificates are not acceptable. All Gift Certificates are nonrefundable. Cannot be exchanged or redeemable for cash.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guest and staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. This allows us ample time to fill the appointment.

No Show Policy
In order to respect the time of our staff and guests, if the appointment is not shown repeatedly you will be possibly serviced on a walk-in-only basis.

Late Policy
Please be courteous to your manicurist and other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
